CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY
Our scheduled appointments are designed to allow the proper amount of time needed to perform a specific service. We advise that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment so that you will have some time to relax before you enjoy your Gloria Cabrera experience.
Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance for a single service and 48 hours in advance for multiple services. This gives us an opportunity to offer cancellations openings to other guests. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service or package scheduled.
If you book appointments for more than one person, you will be responsible for the charges for all appointments you booked should the group fail to show and to cancel with 48 hours notice, for groups of 3 or more, must cancel with 72 hours notice. Charges will be applied against your credit card.
For parties of 3 or more please book 2 weeks in advance and a 50% deposit is required.
If you are late to an appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
A 50% deposit of the service(s) or credit card account is required when booking an appointment.
Suggested Gratuity is 20% (Cash Only)
